The Tuckahoe Common School District anticipates hiring a Teacher Assistant effective July 1, 2024. Appropriate NYS Teacher Assistant certification required, Elementary and Special Education Teacher Certification preferred.
Candidate should possess:
· Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis methodology
· Experience with teaching in Special Class preferred
· Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
· Spanish Speaking is a plus.

Vacancy: Substitute Custodians
Tuckahoe Common School District is looking for Day and Night Shift Substitute Custodians.
Candidates must be able to fulfill the requirements of the position, have adequate transportation, and be reliable and available when called. The hourly rate is $22.15. There are no benefits. Uniforms and training are provided. NYS Fingerprinting clearance is required.

Vacancy: Substitute Teachers (effective immediately)
The Tuckahoe Common School District is looking for dynamic individuals for Substitute Teachers in all subject areas.
Teaching Certification is NOT required, but qualified candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree.
Salary: Uncertified – $160 per day.
Certified – $185 per day
